The first step is booking the assessment. The assessment takes one hour and is a way for me to find out more about you, your current state of health and your personal goals for your health. Once the assessment is complete, we will discuss a plan to get you to your goals. This could include, training sessions, a home based training program, or group fitness classes.

Comprehensive Fitness/Health Assessment (mandatory for all new clients)
Provides an overall picture of current health based on tests and/or measurements used during the assessment. All tests are performed by a CSEP (Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology) certified Exercise Physiologist. Testing may include tests for strength and endurance, flexibility, postural alignment, blood pressure, resting heart rate, body fat percentage, and body mass index. Upon testing, recommendations for strategies to bring about optimal health and fitness will also be presented during this assessment.
