Provides an overall picture of current health based on tests and/or measurements used during the assessment. All tests are performed by a CSEP (Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology) certified Exercise Physiologist. Testing may include tests for strength and endurance, flexibility, postural alignment, blood pressure, resting heart rate, body fat percentage, and body mass index. Upon testing, recommendations for strategies to bring about optimal health and fitness will also be presented during this assessment.
I work with clients in the following ways:
- Personal one on one training sessions that are scheduled regularly 2-3 times per week.
- Complete training packages which enable you to train on your own with periodic follow up. Self motivation is key here!
- Small groups in classes or in personal training sessions
- Comprehensive fitness/health assessment
